Get ready for a very special photography experience as West Toronto Photography Group takes over one of Exhibition Place’s most spectacular historic spaces for the finale of our 2026 Community Photo Summer Camp series!

For this workshop, we’re bringing together architecture, fashion, creative styling and professional studio lighting inside the breathtaking Automotive Building at Exhibition Place.

Built in 1929, the Automotive Building is a remarkable piece of Toronto architectural history. Designed by Toronto architect Douglas Kertland during the height of the Art Deco era, its bold geometric forms, elegant Beaux-Arts influences and grand exhibition spaces were originally created to showcase the automobile. At its opening, it was described as the largest structure in North America designed exclusively for displaying passenger vehicles.
